الأسعار والباقات: جميع أسعار باقات محاولات اللعب (مثل: لعبة واحدة مقابل 1 دينار كويتي، 5 ألعاب مقابل 4 دنانير كويتية، إلخ) معلنة بوضوح على الموقع قبل إتمام عملية الشراء. تحتفظ "رحلة" بالحق في تعديل الأسعار والباقات في أي وقت، على أن تطبق الأسعار الجديدة على عمليات الشراء اللاحقة للتعديل.
العملة المعتمدة: جميع المعاملات المالية وعرض الأسعار تتم حصراً بالدينار الكويتي (KWD).

ب. سياسة التوصيل (Delivery Policy)

آلية التوصيل: يتم "توصيل" محاولات اللعب بإضافتها بشكل فوري وآلي إلى رصيد حساب المستخدم المسجل في منصة "رحلة" بمجرد تأكيد نجاح عملية الدفع الإلكتروني.
في حال عدم الإضافة: في حال تم خصم المبلغ من حساب العميل ولم تتم إضافة محاولات اللعب إلى رصيده بسبب خلل تقني، يرجى التواصل الفوري مع فريق الدعم الفني عبر البريد الإلكتروني rehlagame@gmail.com، مع تزويدنا برقم العملية وتفاصيل الحساب لمراجعة الحالة ومعالجتها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

ج. سياسة الاستبدال والإلغاء (Exchange & Cancellation Policy)

طبيعة المنتج: محاولات اللعب هي منتج رقمي مخصص للاستخدام الفردي داخل اللعبة، ويعتبر مستهلكاً بمجرد استخدامه في بدء جولة لعب.
عدم قابلية الاستبدال أو الإلغاء: بمجرد إتمام عملية شراء محاولات اللعب وإضافتها بنجاح إلى حساب المستخدم، لا يمكن استبدالها بأي منتج آخر أو إلغاء عملية الشراء أو استرجاع قيمتها، إلا وفقاً لما هو منصوص عليه في سياسة استرداد الأموال أدناه.

د. سياسة استرداد الأموال (Refund Policy)

القاعدة العامة (عدم الاسترداد): نظراً لطبيعة المنتج الرقمي (محاولات اللعب) والذي يتم تسليمه فورياً وإضافته إلى حساب المستخدم، فإن جميع المبالغ المدفوعة تعتبر نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
الاستثناءات (حالات الاسترداد المحدودة): يتم النظر في طلبات الاسترداد فقط في الحالات النادرة التالية، ووفقاً لتقدير إدارة "رحلة" وحدها:
- خطأ تقني من جانب المنصة: إذا تم خصم المبلغ من العميل بسبب خلل تقني مثبت في نظام "رحلة"، ولم تتم إضافة محاولات اللعب، وتعذر على فريق الدعم حل المشكلة بإضافة المحاولات يدوياً خلال فترة زمنية معقولة (تحددها إدارة "رحلة").
- عملية شراء مكررة عن طريق الخطأ: إذا قام النظام بمعالجة وخصم قيمة نفس باقة محاولات اللعب مرتين متتاليتين من حساب العميل عن طريق الخطأ الفني البحت من النظام لنفس الطلب.
آلية طلب الاسترداد (للحالات الاستثنائية): لتقديم طلب استرداد في إحدى الحالات الاستثنائية المذكورة أعلاه، يجب على العميل التواصل مع فريق الدعم عبر البريد الإلكتروني rehlagame@gmail.com خلال مدة أقصاها 24 ساعة من وقت حدوث العملية، مع تقديم كافة الإثباتات اللازمة (مثل رقم العملية، كشف حساب بنكي يوضح الخصم، وتفاصيل الحساب). سيتم مراجعة الطلب والرد عليه خلال مدة عمل معقولة.

8. حماية البيانات والخصوصية

B. Delivery Policy

C. Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Product: Play attempts are digital products intended for single use within the game and are considered consumed once used to start a game round.
Non-Exchangeable/Non-Cancellable: Once play attempts are purchased and successfully added to the user's account, they cannot be exchanged for any other product, nor can the purchase be canceled or its value refunded, except as stipulated in the Refund Policy below.

D. Refund Policy

General Rule (No Refunds): Due to the digital nature of play attempts, which are delivered instantly and added to the user's account, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable.
Exceptions (Limited Refund Cases): Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare cases, at the sole discretion of "Rehla" management:
- Technical Error by the Platform: If the amount was debited from the customer due to a proven technical fault in the "Rehla" system, play attempts were not added, and support was unable to resolve the issue by manually adding the attempts within a reasonable timeframe (determined by "Rehla" management).
- Duplicate Purchase Error: If the system mistakenly processed and debited the value of the same play attempt package twice consecutively from the customer's account for the same order due to a purely technical system error.
Refund Request Mechanism (for exceptional cases): To request a refund in one of the exceptional cases mentioned above, the customer must contact support via email at rehlagame@gmail.com within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of the transaction, providing all necessary proof (such as transaction number, bank statement showing the debit, and account details). The request will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable working period.

9. Limitation of Liability
